EID UL FITR PROGRM (September 2010)

Khawaja welfare society organized program for nedy people on holy occasion of Eid ul Fitr.So that they can also celebrate joys of eid with others.

Tanzim Zia Ul uloom provided assistance for completion of this program.KhawajaWeflare society distributed cloth to the 200 families of Trag,Kaloor and UC Wanjari.

Tehsil Isa khel is one of those areas of Punjab which is badly effected by heavy rains and devastating flood in Indus River. Khawaja Welfare Society is 1st local NGO which worked in field for providing free medical care to the flood affected people with collaboration of Health Department Punjab and Pakistan army.

KWS organized 14 free field medical camps in Union Council Trag, Kaloor, KamarMushani and Isa khel with financial assistance of

·         Haji Rafiullah khan, ZiaAutos, Mianwali

·         Muhammad Umair khan,CNGassociation, Mianwali

·         Al Huda Welfare Society,Attock

·         Tanzim AhleSunnat,Pakistan

During these medical camps 3000 patient were given free medicine. Khawaja Welfare society also donated medicine to Rural Health Center, Trag and Tehsil Head Quarter, Isa khel for treatment of affected people.

Cleaning of Draining

There are side drains in the streets but union councils are facing shortage of staff. Due to this reason, these drains remain full of garbage. Society, many times cleaned these drains from self resources.

Earthquake 2005 and Flood 2010

Earthquake 2005 and Flood 2010:

Khawaja Welfare Society distributed Rs.90, 000 among earthquake affecties of 2005.During Flood 2010, Khawaja Welfare Society establish 12 camps where free medicines were provided to 6000 patients. Whereas food provided 900 families, dress to 200 families and financial assistance and camps were provided to 340 persons.

These operations were performed in Tehsil Esa Khel, Dist.Mianwali.
